No, we’re not about to change our name. But, at the same time, our menu is significantly more extensive than many diners expect, making it a perfect choice for avid seafood lovers, healthy eaters, families with young children, and vegetarians/vegans alike. Of course, our modern international menu does feature many of the staples you’d expect from any leading Koh Tao seafood restaurant. However, we’ve also incorporated an array of Western, Thai, and Maynmar favourites to complement our ocean fare.
We pride ourselves in the care and attention that goes into the preparation of each dish, and we’re dedicated to using local suppliers wherever possible. Our seafood dishes utilise fresh catches from local fishermen, and even our vegetables and herbs are sourced locally wherever possible. For international specialties, we import only the finest ingredients from reputable suppliers who commit to sustainability best practices.
